DEPOSIT TERMS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Please note that all deposits for any booking must be paid by the due date in order for the booking date and time to be held. Birthday party booking deposits must be paid within 24hrs of the booking made. The Amazing Magic Mike requests the right to obtain full payment in advance for any booking according to the function situation or event needs.
BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKINGS
We do not offer a tentative booking service. All children’s party bookings require a deposit at the time of booking. Failure to pay a deposit will result in immediate cancellation and the time and date offered to another client. Balance of hire fee is made payable on the day of the booking in cash payments only. In the event the client should cancel their booking, the deposit may be redeemed to re-book Magic Mike within 1 month from the original booking date with the contracted client only. All deposits requests are issued with Pay Pal – safe and secure online transactions. If The Amazing Magic Mike should fall ill and unable to attend the event then a full refund will be provided.
In the event that a mistake has been made on behalf of The Amazing Magic Mike and Magic Mike has not appeared at your function then this is non-intentional. We ask all clients to please contact The Amazing Magic Mike on the Thursday prior to the party to check with Magic Mike that your booking is FIRM and SECURE and that both parties are expecting the appearance. If you have not heard from Magic Mike by the Thursday prior then there may be an error with your booking. The client is 50% responsible in making sure their party booking is secure and confirmed in total. All clients must adhere to this booking term and hire policy.
CORPORATE & PRIVATE BOOKINGS
We do not offer a tentative booking service. At the time of booking we reserve the right to indicate whether your hire fee must be paid in full or a deposit only. We may request to obtain payment in full over the phone with a credit card for private bookings or upon issue of an invoice for corporate bookings. Failure to pay the hire fee in full or deposit once an invoice is issued by the due date will result in immediate cancellation of the booking. In the circumstance where a balance of hire is due, the balance of hire fee must be made payable prior to the booking. Friday night bookings and Saturday night bookings may incur extra charges. If Magic Mike should fall ill and unable to attend the event then a full refund will be provided.
We do not offer a tentative booking service. All bookings for the months of November and December require payment in full prior to the event. If the client has not paid their hire fee or deposit by the due date then we reserve the right to cancel their booking immediately. If Magic Mike should fall ill and unable to attend the event then a full refund will be provided.
We accept most major credit cards. We also accept payment via EFT and cheque. Payment details can be located at the footer of the client invoice upon issue.
By accepting a booking contract you are releasing The Amazing Magic Mike as an artist and his crew from any damages and illnesses caused to people at your home/venue. You agree to indemnify The Amazing Magic Mike, for and against any claims resulting to his appearance and performance at your venue.
Magic Mike reserves the right to sell magic toy and magic themed related merchandise at all show events and functions.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
In the event that the client should cancel, a refund of monies paid will not be returned. You may wish to re-book the event within 1 month of the original hire date at no extra costs paid. You may not supply this contract or booking time to any anyone other than yourself. Deposits cannot be used in conjunction with Magic Mike school holiday activities or live shows.
By accepting a booking you are releasing your artist – THE AMAZING MAGIC MIKE from any damages and illnesses caused to people at his live shows, events and children’s parties. You agree to indemnify The Amazing Magic Mike for and against any claims resulting to his appearance/performance/live animals and food catered options on your booking date and booking time. All electrical equipment is tested and tagged and carnival food machines are signed with food allergy warning labels. Please make sure all children at your event are cared for by their parents.
