The kids party assistant is responsible for helping with the set-up and pack-down of all entertainment programs on weekends.

The kids party assistant is not responsible for educating and behaviour management of children. The role is 'out of the spotlight' and similar to a roadie/crew member to a band.

The normal hours of work are 8:30am-4:30pm however these hours are negotiable and subject to change.

The casual employee will earn $13 per hour and is entitled to a 30 minute break every 2 hours. No superannuation payments are made because you are working less than 30 hours per week. 

Black pants, black polo shirt and black dress shoes will be supplied. The uniform must be washed by the employee and must be freshly worn with every shift.

The employee is to have neat tidy hair at all times. The employee is not allowed to engage in personal mobile phone usage when attending an entertainment job however a mobile phone can be used between travel times. Most entertainment jobs are 1-2 hours in length.

The employee will be collected from their home and returned to their home.
